We support the Scientific Conference on Electrophoretic Proteinogram organized by the Department of Clinical Pathology Laboratory and the Uruguayan Society of Clinical Pathology within the framework of the 70th anniversary of this organization.
It was a full house instance, in which the community met to update themselves on PEF in the context of monoclonal gammopathies. The results of a national survey on the reporting and interpretation of PEF were presented, as well as international recommendations and the first national recommendations on the subject.
It has been a pleasure to collaborate with this academic activity received with great enthusiasm.
