We installed in the LAC Laboratory a fully automated modular system that allows more than 800 RT-PCR results for SARS-CoV-2 to be delivered per day. The system is composed of a Janus platform that automates from the primary tube, pre-extraction and pre-amplification, a Chemagic-360 that performs up to 96 extractions in 30 minutes and a BioRad CFX96 thermal cycler. A very important step to considerably increase the testing capacity of our country, ensuring the quality of the result.
