Our returns policy
In case of receiving a product that does not match the one requested or with what is declared in your invoice, or in case of detecting a fault or defect in the product received, you have a period of 2 days from the date of receipt to request the return.

Our administrative staff will advise you on how to proceed with the shipment of the product.
The return costs are borne by Biodiagnóstico in all cases, except for errors in the customer's order.
Returns are made through the Uruguayan Post (shipment to Cabinsur S.A. – Reverse Logistics Account 3207) PRIOR COORDINATION WITH ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF OF BIODIAGNOSIS.
No replacements or credit notes will be made in those cases that:
– The cold chain is not respected in the return of the product
– The shipment is made without prior coordination with our administrative staff
– Defects, alterations or breaks are observed in the primary packaging
