Drs. Giovanna Lorenzi and Lucía Cabrera from KPMG Uruguay gave us a workshop on gender perspective.
The Human Resources specialist, Sabrina Fuidio, says that "the main objective has been to raise awareness among the members of our organization about this problem, providing them with the tools and knowledge to promote a culture of equal opportunities and resources for both genders both in the organization and in life in general."
This workshop is an initiative that is part of the objectives set in terms of personal well-being and health at work.
